Well, we had bigger plans for a video, but i was just too much work (Brian had to do it all). We just wanted something other than just a logo and music playing in the background ;) Glad you liked the music, its hard to combine live and studio perfectly, but i personaly thinks it works.

The first in a while that I've liked, so I thought I'd say well done!

Some odd moments with the mix of live and studio, but generally well produced, and a MASSIVE sound towards the end. Decent vid too, although I found it didn't match up to the production values of the audio. Imho.

Hey Floris,

It's quite easy to do, here's what you'll need.

1) Screen capture software (I used Camtasia Studio)
2) Mam Midi Player - http://www.musanim.com/player/
3) FL Studio or a program that has a virtual piano light up when the notes are played.

Just load the midi data into MAM - select your view option and simply record it with Camtasia or whatever software you have. The piano in FLStudio is vertical, so just stretch it out as far as it can go and record as much of it as possible. When you put it into AE just rotate it 90 degrees and scale it up if you need to - then apply a mask to get rid of the extra bits of the FLStudio interface that got recorded that you don't want to show up in the video.

Add a little glow if you want and wah-lah! Easy midi visuals :)
